Sony acquires rights for Pro Wrestling League
Sony Pictures Networks has agreed a deal with ProSportify, the organisers of the first ever Pro Wrestling League, to broadcast the event in over 60 countries.
The league will take place between 10th – 27th December in six cities. The competition consists of 18 matches and will be shown on Sony MAX, Sony Six and Sony Pal in India. Sony channels in international territories will also showcase the event.

We look forward to this relationship and hope to attain the widest possible reach ever for the Pro Wrestling League.”
The deal between Sony and ProSportify is for a period of five years. This will be the broadcaster’s first foray into the wrestling sports arena.
