Sonam Kapoor to play protagonist in ‘The Zoya Factor’ film

Anuja Chauhan’s book ‘The Zoya Factor’ is all set to be made on film and BizAsiaLive.com has learnt that Sonam Kapoor has bagged the lead role.

Kapoor was rumoured to be female lead in ‘Battle For Bittora’ which is also a book by Chauhan. She was to be seen sharing the screen with Fawad Khan once again but the project didn’t ever see light of day due to Indo-Pak tensions.

‘The Zoya Factor’ will see Kapoor play the role of Zoya who falls in love with the captain of the Indian cricket team and then becomes a lucky mascot for the team, according to Deccan Chronicle.
