Sonam Kapoor not cast in sister’s next production

Rhea Kapoor has always produced films where her sister Sonam Kapoor plays the lead, however it seems like this may change.

According to reports, Kapoor is planning on casting a different actress in her next production. Talking to the media,��Times of India��reported the young producer stating, “The film that I am making next is about my generation. It is something completely out of my comfort zone. I am very excited about it. I relate to the subject a lot. That film does not have Sonam in it.”

However, she is still very much collaborating with her actress sister in her other planned ventures. Being an ambitious young woman, Kapoor has her heart set on a fourth film as well. “My fourth film based on Anuja Chauhan’s novel ‘Battle For Bittora’ will star Sonam,” she went onto add.

Talking about working in such close proximity to her sister, Kapoor went onto say, “It is a very natural thing for us to collaborate. We are always working together be it styling or production. Anything we put out now and foremost from this company will have all my heart and soul into it.”

Recent release ‘Khoobsurat’ starred Sonam and was produced by Rhea.
