Sonam Kapoor on why new release date for ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has revealed details as to why her next release ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ has been pushed back from its release next month to 1st February 2019.

Talking to DNA India, Ahuja denied rumours that there was parts of the film being reshot. She said, “There’s no plan to reshoot. The movie has been shot and is complete. My look in Ek Ladki… is totally different as I sport long and straight hair in it. I’ve already cut and curled my hair for The Zoya Factor. How can we shoot now? It’s not possible logically.”

She added, “We weren’t getting a proper release date as every week was booked by some flick or the other. So, everyone took a call to release our film in February 2019.”
