Sonam Kapoor goes all out for Namrata Soni

When a star with a team goes out of their way to honour personal commitments that are taking place in their team member’s life, it’s always a great thing to hear about. Sonam Kapoor is believed to have done just that for her make-up artist Namrata Soni who is due to tie the knot.

BizAsia has learnt that Kapoor has managed to work her schedule and promotional activities of ‘Khoobsurat’, her forthcoming movie, in such a way that she will now be hoping to attend all functions of Soni’s wedding. A source spoke to Deccan Chronicle, “Namrata has worked on several big projects which includes Om Shanti Om, Salaam Namaste, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna to name a few. Her association with Sonam can be traced back to the actress�۪s Aisha and I Hate Luv Stories days. While she shares cordial relations with most actresses, she has special affection reserved for Sonam and the actress is equally close to her. ”

“The actress is also expected to put up a performance at the sangeet,” adds the source.

‘Khoobsurat’ is expected to release on 12th September and sees the debut of TV actor Fawad Khan.
