Sonam Kapoor Ahuja bags rights of Anuja Chauhan’s third book

With her first book ‘The Zoya Factor’ already in the pipeline of becoming a film, and Sonam Kapoor having got the rights for her second book ‘Battle For Bittora’, author Anuja Chauhan has now given the rights to Kapoor for her third book as well.

According to Deccan Chronicle, Ahuja has gained the rights of ‘Those Pricey Thakur Girls’ and will have a big production house taking the lead. “A leading production house is on the way to try and get the rights of the book Those Pricey Thakur Girls with the intent of turning it into a film,” a source was reported revealing.

It went on to add, “They have acquired the rights and are in the process of formalising the agreement after ensuring that they have the IPR for the same through public notices.”

With Zoya Akhtar helming ‘The Zoya Factor’ with Ahuja as the female lead, Ahuja herself has her uncle Sanjay Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan play lead roles in ‘Battle For Bittora’.
