Sonam Kapoor admits she has been conned

Sonam Kapoor, who will be seen playing a con-girl in her next titled ‘Dolly Ki Doli’, recently accepted that she has been conned.

According to NDTV, when Kapoor was asked whether she had ever been conned, she responded with “yes”.

However, Kapoor made it clear that she has not been conned financially but emotionally as she very easily believes all. She said, “I don’t have enemies but I have frenemies. I am very gullible and I have been taken advantage off during the initial phase of my career. I see the best in people and it is difficult to judge someone even if that person is plotting against me. So yes I have been conned.”

Kapoor, who was last seen in ‘Khoobsurat’ (2014), will soon be seen playing a con girl who flees away with all the cash on wedding day.

Helmed by Abhishek Dogra, ‘Dolly Ki Doli’ will release on 23rd January.
