Sonakshi Sinha wants to do Sakshi Malik’s biopic

Biopics on sports personalities are not new to Bollywood, with Indian cricket captain Mahender Singh Dhoni’s biopic set to release later this month. Sonakshi Sinha is keen to essay the role of Sakshi Malik should a biopic be made on the wrestler who is an Olympic winner.

Sinha is quoted as having told PTI, “If anyone would offer me the biopic on Sakshi Malik I would love to do it. She (Sakshi) also said I am a strong girl. She has also given her nod for me to do the biopic.”

Last seen in ‘Akira’ (2015), Sinha will next be seen in ‘Noor’ and the action thriller ‘Force 2’.
