Sonakshi Sinha to sing in ‘Akira’

Sonakshi Sinha has followed a slew of other actresses by lending her vocals to a song in her upcoming film.

The actress will be heard in the promotional video song ‘Raj Raj Ke’ for ‘Akira’, which is due out next week.

Talking about the song, Sinha said, ���The song is about rage about how she will not stay silent and will fight back. That�۪s the spirit of the song. It was actually a very spur of the moment thing and honestly all my rehearsal happened while shooting the video.”

Sinha made her singing debut with ‘Ishqoholic’ last year. Talking about this, she said, ���We were shooting the music video and every time I went to give a shot I would end up singing it in all my zest��_ Its just one of those songs! So the fox guys suggested that I should record it�۝.

‘Akira’ releases on 2nd September.
