Sonakshi Sinha to star opposite Saif Ali Khan in ‘Batla House’?

It was recently reported that Saif Ali Khan’s next will be in Nikkhil Advani’s ‘Batla House’, now rumours suggest that Sonakshi Sinha will be his leading lady.

According to Bollywood Hungama,  a close source to the project reveals that Sinha was highly impressed by the script and gave her approval willingly. Khan and Sinha were last seen sharing the screen together in ‘Bullet Raja’ (2013).

‘Batla House’ will be based on the true incident that happened on the 18th September 2008. It was officially called Operation Batla House, which was a police operation against the Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorists in Jamia Nagar, Delhi. This resulted in two terrorists killed, two arrested and one other is said to have escaped.

Confirmation awaits from both Khan and Sinha, who are equally busy with their respective upcoming films. Khan has ‘Chef’, ‘Kaalakandi’ and ‘Bazaar’, whilst Sinha is focused on the remake of ‘Ittefaq’.
