Sonakshi Sinha: “Fate of a film depends on the audience”

Sonakshi Sinha may have a fan following because of her film career but recently she would have seen it get bigger thanks to her making a debut on the small screen too. However, if you ask the actress about success, she says she is well grounded.

Talking to Hindustan Times, Sinha said, “It comes from the way I have been brought up… and it�۪s come from seeing so many people within the industry as well. I�۪ve always wanted to be like my father, he is the most level-headed person I know. I have seen people who have been ruined by success more than failure, so it�۪s very important to treat both in the same way”.

“It�۪s just how I�۪ve always been. I have never understood the concept of stressing over things that are not in your control. The fate of a film depends on the audience. And ultimately, what is meant to happen will happen,” she commented. Her last film ‘Tevar’ (2015) bombed at the box office.

Sinha is currently in Budapest shooting for ‘Force 2’ which will see her opposite John Abraham for the first time.
