Soha Ali Khan inspired by Salman Khan

Actress Soha Ali Khan, has definitely made some kind of mark in the Bollywood scene. Having done some exceptional contemporary roles, the actress will soon be taking on a character of a street-wise cop in her upcoming comedy, ‘Jo Bhi Karva Lo’, where she has been inspired by non other than, the hero cop Salman Khan.

“I am excited about my role because for the first time I will be doing action along with comedy. My character is like Salman Khan’s Chulbul Pandey and I have taken inspiration from him. Though I haven’t shared screen space with him till now, he has always been very supportive to me,” NDTV��reports Khan stating.

The actress will be playing a character named Shanti Priya, alongside Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jeffery, where she will be seen doing a few stunts. Talking about her preparation, Khan goes onto explain how she as started a few classes, “I have enrolled myself for Kung Fu classes. My character demands a lot of action. It’s not a tough task because I am a fitness freak. I do yoga and hit the gym regularly. But self-defence is something which is completely new to me.”

Marking a debut for director Sameer Tiwari, Khan talks about her excitement for working on this project, alongside her co-stars, “I opted for this film because I was quite convinced with the way Sameer narrated the script to me.��Moreover, I am getting a chance to work with some of the best funnymen of the industry like Paresh Rawal, Arshad and Jaaved.” Well, with that star cast on the tables, Khan sure looks to be in for a very funny ride.
