Sneak peek: SRK at Madame Tussauds London for ‘Fan’ promotions

Shah Rukh Khan shot for Maneesh Sharma’s ‘Fan’ in the UK. It’s the newest film in a long line that has brought him to Britain for a shoot. It seems only right that he came to promote the film in the British capital and he is doing just that today.

Just a short while ago, the actor was seen interacting with the press at Madame Tussauds in London. His waxwork, which already has pride of place amongst other Bollywood wax statues, has been dressed now as Gaurav from ‘Fan’ in a unique promotional strategy, organised by Yash Raj Films.

Khan was heard talking about playing the role of his fan, “It was very schizophrenic, I dont relate to him and feel like he’s me. I always referred to him as Gaurav”.

He further added, “If you shoot a double role, it is very complicated. This film was mostly shot handheld”.

Ameet Chana hosted the press conference that has just started a short time ago where Khan was heard talking about the film, which releases on Friday 15th April.
