Smriti to star in new comedy show on SAB TV

A new family comedy show is to debut on SAB TV next month.

The show, called ‘Maniben.com’, will feature actress and producer Smriti Irani – the first time that she will be acting in a comedy show.

The show is being shown at 20:00 starting on Monday 8th June. It will air every Monday – Thursday, replacing ‘Main Kab Saas Banoongi’ which went on air in September, last year.

The show features a middle class lady suddenly moving to Malabar Hill after marriage. The show focuses on how the protagonist (Irani) holds on to her values while living in a snobbish and superficial society environment.
