SLB signs Ajay Devgn for ‘Bajirao Mastani’?

Although Sanjay Leela Bhansali had denied being in preparation for making ‘Bajirao Mastani’ after the forthcoming ‘Ram Leela’, speculation is mounting that the filmmaker has signed Ajay Devgn for male lead in the project.

Many actors have been associated with the project so far including Salman Khan who was believed to be Bhansali’s first choice for the role opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan when the two were courting. However, recent rumours suggested that Katrina Kaif and also Deepika Padukone were interested in the venture and were in talks with Bhansali. A source told Asian Age, “He has been in talks with Ajay Devgn and Katrina Kaif. With a fresh new pairing, there is every chance that Sanjay�۪s film will kick start soon”.
