SLB gives statement to police in investigation of Sushant’s death

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has registered his statement in the ongoing investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Since the actor’s demise last month, there have been calls to investigate what led the actor to take his own life. Bhansali is the latest industry personality to record his statement.

There were reports that Bhansali had offered films to Rajput but they could not work together due to a clash of dates. Furthermore, it is said that Rajput was offered the TV series ‘SaraswatiChandra’ helmed by Bhansali’s production house, which Rajput also did not take up.

Incidentally, the trailer of Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’, co-starring Sanjana Sanghi, releases today. He debuted in films with ‘Kai Po Che’ in 2013.
