Sky Sports airs ‘Janaan’ teaser during WT20 match

ARY Films’ upcoming movie ‘Janaan’ has become the first Asian film to get its teaser unveiled on mainstream channel, Sky Sports, in the UK.

The romantic-comedy, produced by IRK Films and Munir Hussain Productions UK (Pepe�۪s Piri Piri Group), had its 60-second teaser and 20 second teasers play out during today’s India-Pakistan match in the ongoing ICC World Twenty20 series. UK marketing Agency, House Of Advertising, worked closely with the producers of the film to develop a wide ranging marketing strategy which began with the India vs Pakistan match.

Not only that, Munir Hussain Productions is going all-out to promote this exciting film ‘Janaan’ by playing out the film’s full teaser across major TV networks all this weekend. BizAsiaLive.com understands that the teaser will be played on Hum TV, Geo Entertainment, Geo News, ARY Digital, ARY News, B4U Music and SAB TV (during Sunday’s premiere of ‘Dilwale’).

‘Janaan’, which stars Armeena Rana Khan, Ali Rehman and Bilal Ashraf, releases in September at cinemas worldwide.
