Sky replaces Virgin as prime sponsor at AVTA 2018


Sky has been confirmed as a prime sponsor at the lucrative Asian Viewers Television Awards, which take place in London next month.

Sky replaces rival, Virgin Media as the sponsor of the ‘General Entertainment Channel Of The Year’. Virgin Media has been sponsoring the category since AVTA launched four years ago. The category has been won by Star Plus ever since.

Last year, Sky Media, the advertising sales arm of Sky, also was roped in as a sponsor at AVTA. This is the first time that Sky itself will be associating its brand with AVTA.

AVTA 2018 takes place at lavish London hotel on Saturday 15th December 2018. is official online partner of AVTA 2018.
