Sky notifies customers about Sky Asia Pack changes

Sky has begun the process of informing customers of the Sky Asia Pack changes, which are taking place on 1st August.

As revealed first on BizAsiaLive.com , the current Sky Asia Pack channels ZEE TV, ZEE Cinema, ZEE Punjabi, Sony Entertainment Television, Sony MAX, Sony Mix and B4U Movies will move into the basic Sky subscription – with no extra change for customers.

The email being sent out to customers states:

“Yet another reason to enjoy your Sky Asian Channels: they will now be included within your Sky Package as standard.

We’re delighted to tell you that, from 1 August 2017, the 6 channels included in the Sky Asia Pack that you currently pay for will now be included in your Sky TV package at no extra cost. Keep enjoying the great channels you already love such as B4U Movies, SONY TV, SONY MAX, ZeeTV, Zee Cinema and Zee Punjabi.”

What will happen now?

• You don’t need to do a thing. Your monthly bill will automatically reduce when we remove the cost of your Sky Asia Pack from August.

• Nothing will change in your Sky TV package. You will continue to have access to the same great entertainment as before, all at a reduced monthly cost.

• Don’t worry, you will still be able to access all of your recordings for up to six months.

BizAsiaLive.com has learnt that a couple of other non-Sky Asia Pack channels will also be added to the Sky Original Pack soon.
