Sky Glass sales “underperforming”

The sales of Sky TV’s next-generation’s service, Sky Glass have reportedly been “underperforming”.

The Sunday Times reports that Sky Glass is facing immense competition from rival streaming services and a reluctance from younger viewers to pay for a full Sky subscription.

It further states that the cost of Sky Glass is higher than planned due to supply chain issues and sales are “underwhelming” after the big launch in 2021. Sky is said to be working on a cheaper equivalent.
