Sitaram Panchal passes away

Sitaram Panchal from ‘Peepli Live’ (2010) has passed away following his battle with cancer.

The actor’s death was confirmed by his relative earlier today.  “Sitaram Panchal passed away this morning. He had breathing difficulties. He was not keeping well for a long time” as reported in BombayTimes.

Pacnchal had been battling the illness for the past year and had even requested monetary help for kidney and lung cancer treatment on social media.

Panchal is best known for his work in ‘Paan Singh Tomar’ (2010) ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’ (2002)  and ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ (2008).
