Guri in ‘Ek Villian’ was one of Malhotra’s grittiest roles to date. When Guru’s lover is killed by a serial killer, he makes it his mission in life to find her killer and take revenge. Guru was an incredibly serious and hard hitting role and Malhotra did incredibly well, undertaking many of the action sequences himself.
