Bollywood heartthrob, Sidharth Malhotra has become a little more choosy about his film selection and he’s made it clear that money isn’t everything.
The actor, who will next be seen in ‘Kapoor & Sons’ told Deccan Chronicle that his experience as an assistant director has made him understand the ability to play a role to his best ability. He said, Money is important, but I read my scripts to know the weightage of my role, not my screen presence or run time in the film. I prefer a better role to money.
He also praised his alleged lady love, Alia Bhatt, incidentally, she also stars in ‘Kapoor & Sons’. He added, Alia has an expressive face; she has improved a lot since Student of the Year. I wish I, too, was so involved like her. She talks about acting at home with her dad, mom and friends. She has become an intense person by now. She always loves to learn more when it comes to acting and is very passionate about her work. I have a great admiration and respect for her.
