Everyone loves to see a new pairing in Bollywood and since news of heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra and much loved Jacqueline Fernandez started doing the rounds as the couple cast in filmmaker-duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s next, there has been speculation that it is a supposedsequel to ‘Bang Bang'(2014) which starred Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif as protagonists. However Malhotra has now come on record to decline this is the case.

Times of India reported the actor, who made his debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year'(2012), cleared the air with the following, “Our film is not a sequel to ‘Bang Bang’. For the first time, I’ll be working with two-director team. It has got a lot of action, quirky comedy, love story. We are shooting in Miami, Malaysia. I am preparing for action in that. We are starting by the end of this week.”

The actor also refuted other reports which suggested the movie had been titled ‘Reloaded’. “The title is not that. We have kept it a mystery as we want to come up with the best title. But it is definitely not a part two of anything,” he said.

Although Malhotra-Fernandez were previously seen together in ‘Brothers'(2015), they were not cast opposite each other. When asked how it feels to work with Fernandez, Malhotra was all praises for his co-actor, “I am very excited but there’s no need for excitement because she herself brings that along with her. I am really looking forward to start shooting with her. You will see her do a bit of action.”

Raj and DK prior credits include movies such as ‘Go Goa Gone’ (2013), ‘Shor in the City'(2011) and Saif Ali Khan starrer ‘Happy Ending'(2014).
