Sidharth Malhotra not Hrithik Roshan to play ‘Rambo’

There were rumours aplenty of Sidharth Anand casting Hrithik Roshan in the official Hindi remake of classic Hollywood film ‘Rambo’ but it doesn’t seem true.

According to DNA India, its actually Bollywood’s golden boy, Sidharth Malhotra, who will play the role originally played by Sylvester Stallone.

A source told the publication, ���Sidharth has liked the idea of the film but everything needs to be in place before he signs it. He is currently busy shooting his next action film with Jacqueline, post which he has the Ittefaq remake and Aashiqui 3 lined up.”

The source said, ���It will be a three-film series and will redefine the way Indian perceive action in Bollywood.”

Earlier today, it was confirmed that Malhotra will be leading the cast of ‘Aashiqui 3’. ‘Rambo’ goes on the floors next year.
