With his recent release faring well at the box office, news has it that Sidharth Malhotra has gone undercover to see what his audiences really think of his film ‘Ek Villain’ (2014).
Playing the anti-hero role for the first time, there was much anticipation for the release of this film. Though critics have had mixed opinions about the movie, the theatre seats have been filling up quite quickly, and Malhotra has become rather intrigued by what his audiences have to say. “I have been visiting theatres to catch first-hand audience reaction. It was wonderful and a unique experience,” NDTVreported the actor explaining.
His first two films, ‘Student of the Year’ (2012) and ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ (2014) saw him playing the chocolate-boy type, which did him many favours in intriguing audiences for ‘Ek Villain’. Malhotra has many further interesting projects lined up, including the remake of Pierre Salvadori’s French film ‘Priceless’ (2006).
