Siddharth Anand to begin work on ‘Rambo’ after ‘War’

Siddharth Anand will reportedly begin work on his next, ‘Rambo’ after the release of ‘War’.

Anand is gearing up for the release of Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor, which hits cinemas in October. ‘Rambo’, a film, which was unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival last year, will now be resurrected imminently.

Talking about this, Anand was cited in The Asian Age saying, “I was working on Rambo and that was supposed to be my next film. I signed Tiger and we announced at Cannes, and I was also constantly in conversation with Hrithik and eventually, War happened. Rambo became a larger film to execute at that point in time in terms of the budget, so we thought let’s do War now and it might empower us to scale up Rambo.”

Adding to this, Anand clarified when ‘Rambo’ will hit the floors. He said, “It is due to happen immediately after this so I am working on that.”

‘Rambo’ is the Hindi version of the blockbuster Hollywood franchise, featuring Sylvester Stallone.
