Shweta Rohira confirms separation with husband Pulkit Samrat

A short while ago, BizAsia has reported that Pulkit Samrat had as good as denied that there was trouble between him and his wife. However, now, his wife Shweta Rohira had confirmed that they have been separated a while.

Talking to TOI, Rohira said, “My husband and I have been living separately for a while now. He told me that he was separating from me because of his family. To us, families are very important. They are our lifelines. And, since I always believed in giving him whatever he wants, I have reconciled to the fact that he has left me for his family”.

Rohira, when asked whether her husband’s reported closeness with Yami Gautam was a reason for the break-up, commented, “Yami and Pulkit should answer this. I have decided to move on.”

The couple eloped and got married in 2010 but since entered wedlock with a full-on Indian wedding in front of their families, including Salman Khan, on 3rd November 2014.
