Shweta Nanda confirms daughter Navya Naveli not joining films

Shweta Nanda has confirmed that her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda will not be joining the film industry.

Unlike her legendary grandfather, Amitabh Bachchan, Naveli is expected to take a different route altogether. Talking to Puja Talwar on NDTV Good Times, Naveli said, “No Navya’s not in films. She does write but I don’t know if she wants to write a book. She does write. She is studying right now. She has to finish her education and she’s going to get a job. That’s the path so far she wants to go on, so I support her. I’m happy that’s what she is doing.”
