Shweta Bachchan makes debut as a designer

Shweta Bachchan has forayed into the world of fashion by launching her own clothing line.

Deccan Chronicle reports that Shweta has collaborated with Monisha Jaising for the line called MxS.

Proud of his daughter’s achievements, Amitabh Bachchan said, “Shweta opens her brand of fashion along with her friend Monisha and the opening is a delight for a father (sic).” He added, “All the goods sold out within hours. It is young and select and affordable and so trendy. Gushing with pride and love. Children do this for us (sic)”

The launch of the line saw her entire family present.
