Shriya Saran turns item girl for ‘Zilla Ghaziabad’?

Despite having a few films under their belt, many actresses are beginning to rely on item songs to gain recognition and get noticed. One such is South Indian actress Shriya Saran.

As reported by ZEE News, Saran will be seen shaking her hips in the upcoming multi-starrer ‘Zilla Ghaziabad’. Without revealing too much the actress stated, “It is a fun song… As an actor, it is fun to experiment with your image. I have done many item numbers in the South, but this would be my first in any Hindi film.”��Directed by Anand Kumar, ‘Zilla Ghaziabad’ will star Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi and Minnisha Lamba .

Saran has featured in a few Bollywood films, none of which have given her much recognition and this��raises��a question; will the aspiring actress gain the same due as many item girls have achieved previously or will she still struggle to be seen?
