Shriya Pilgaonkar learns sign language

Actor Shriya Pilgaonkar, who played Shah Rukh Khan’s love interest in her Bollywood debut ‘Fan’ (2016), has now undergone training in sign language for her next release. Pilgaonkar who was impressed by actor Rani Mukerji’s performance in ‘Black’ (2005), went to her trainer for sign language training and is elated with the experience.

Talking about her trainer Sangeeta Gala, Pilgaonkar said,�ʉ��I have always loved languages; I have studied basic French and Japanese too. Learning sign language has always been on my bucket list and I am so happy I got the opportunity to learn it. I loved Rani�۪s performance and I was really excited about learning sign language from the same person who trained her.�۝

���Sangeeta�۪s journey is very inspiring. She is a fantastic teacher and I hope to continue learning from her,�۝ she adds.

Previously, Gala has trained the likes of Hrithik Roshan in ‘Guzaarish’ (2010) and Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Barfi’ (2012). Pilgaonkar underwent a month’s training for this upcoming project.
