Shoojit Sircar’s next not titled ‘Eve’

Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar is all set to return to work after the success of his last venture, ‘Piku’ (2015). The filmmaker is teaming up with legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan once again and while there was speculation that the film was titled ‘Eve’, Bachchan has denied there being any truth to this.

Bachchan took to Twitter to say, “There is news around that film is called ‘Eve’ .. incorrect .. the title is being worked on .. Yet !”

He again clarified this after a few hours, leaving a little mystery in his tweet, stating, “Just felt like connecting .. at work for new film of Shoojit , the title of which is NOT .. ‘Eve’ .. its..”

While Sircar is producing the untitled film, he will not be directing Bachchan this time as the film is being directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.
