Shoojit Sircar & Ranbir Kapoor to come together?

Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly gearing up to play the role of Udham Singh.

According to Box Office India, director Shoojit Sircar has locked down the script for a biopic on the freedom fighter. Sircar has even narrated the script to Kapoor who allegedly was excited about it, although no official statement has yet been announced. The film will following Singh’s life who is best known for avenging the tragedy of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

If it goes ahead, this will be the first time audiences will see Sircar and Kapoor coming together on screen.

In the meantime, Sircar is busy with a film starring Varun Dhawan and Kapoor is focusing on his role as Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani’s biopic on the actor.
