Shilpa Shirodkar becomes first Bollywood star to get COVID-19 vaccination

90s Bollywood star, Shilpa Shirodkar has become the first in the Indian film industry to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

The actress took to social media to confirm that she received her jab in United Arab Emirates, where she now resides.

Sharing a picture on social media, Shirodkar said, “Vaccinated and safe !! The new normal .. here i come 2021 Thank you UAE.”

As well as starring in ZEE TV series ‘Ek Mutthi Aasman’ in 2013, Shirodkar has made appearances in popular films like ‘Gopi Kishan’, ‘Trinetra’, ‘Dil Hi To Hai’ and ‘Hum’.
