Shilpa Shetty gives birth to a baby boy

BizAsia are excited to announce that Shilpa Shetty has given birth to a baby boy today. Her husband, Raj Kundra, announced the news on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Kundra’s tweet read, “God has blessed us with a beautiful baby boy. Both mother and baby are fine. I am thrilled to bits!!!!!! A big thank you to my wife @TheShilpaShetty for the bestest gift ever, DR Kiran Cohelo and all the staff at Hinduja Hospital”. His excitement seemed difficult to hide.

According to Bollywood Hungama, Shetty had gone for a routine check-up at the hospital but because contractions had already started, she was admittedly right away.
