Shekhar Ravjiani to play Neerja Bhanot’s lover in biopic

The talented Vishal-Shekhar have given Bollywood some of its most popular and loved soundtracks. Now, it seems that Shekhar Ravjiani is trying his hand at acting as it�۪s emerged he is to play Neerja Bhanot�۪s lover in the biopic which will have Sonam Kapoor playing protagonist.

The story is of PanAm flight attendant who made history by being the youngest ever person to receive the Ashok Chakra Award. It seems during her time working at PanAm, Bhanot was in love with a man in his twenties and Ravjiani will be playing him. Fox Star Studios have confirmed the development saying that the role is small but important.

Ram Madhvani is directing the film for which Kapoor has been doing research of late.
