Shehnaaz Gill agrees to honour prior work commitments; to return to shoot

Shehnaaz Gill has been a name and person on many hearts and minds after the demise of her alleged beau Sidharth Shukla. The actor has said she will be returning to the shoot of her next film, agreeing to honour the commitments she made before Shukla’s death.

“I was constantly in touch with Shehnaaz’s team and they regularly updated us about her. She is a thorough professional and I am glad that she has agreed to shoot the promotional song with us. We will be shooting either in the UK or India depending on her visa,” Hindustan Times reports Diljit Thind, producer of ‘Honsla Rakh’, saying. The film will see the actress share the screen with Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa. Gill was shooting with the unit in Canada earlier in the year.

Shukla passed away of a heart attack on 2nd September. The scenes during his last rites were disturbing for any of their well-wishers and friends as Gill was evidently devastated about losing him.

The shoot that Gill will be commencing will be from 7th October, apparently.
