Shatrughan Sinha undergoes surgery

Having been admitted to hospital on 2nd July, it has become known that veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha underwent by-pass surgery on Monday.

As reported by NDTV, the actor’s various tests revealed blockages in his coronary arteries and therefore, it was necessary for him to have surgery. Dr Ram Narain of Kokilaben Hospital said, “He is fine now and on the road to a speedy recovery. He has thanked all his well wishers for their unconditional love and support”.

Sinha will remain in hospital for a week. BizAsia wishes him a speedy recovery.
