Sharmila Tagore to walk the ramp as showstopper

Bollywood and fashion tend to go hand in hand with some of India’s top designers creating some beautiful pieces for many Bollywood individuals, many of which, are even invited to walk the ramp in the designers’ fashion shows. News has it that actress Sharmila Tagore��will be��strutting down the ramp in a latest Indian Couture creation.

The Delhi Couture Week is due to commence on 8th August, where designers Ashima and Leena Singh will show their ‘Raag Rattan’ collection. As NDTV reports, Tagore is due to show off the last piece of the Singhs’ royal collection as the showstopper.

Tagore isn’t the only veteran to be walking the ramp. Recently, actress Kirron Kher also walked the ramp as showstopper in a beautiful Gaurang Shah piece from his collection ‘Ardhangini’ at the Lakm̩ Fashion Week.
