Sharmila Tagore opens up about Kareena’s baby shower

BizAsiaLive.com reported not long ago that pregnant Kareena Kapoor Khan would not be having a baby shower because neither her nor mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore were keen. However, the latter has finally spoken and said there will be a celebration before the baby is born next month.

Tagore apparently spoke when talking to press at a recent awards event. According to Spotboye, she said, “We are going to celebrate and have a lot of fun. But I am not sure whether Kareena wants a big celebration. She just wants it to be quiet and spend time with her family and friends”,

Tagore went on to explain that it will be a close-knit affair, “Karisma and Kareena’s friends, Amrita, Malaika, will come to cheer her up. But I don’t think it will be a big baby shower”.

Kapoor Khan was also spotted at the awards event, well and truly glowing in a gorgeous red dress.
