Shalin Patel returns to Sony UK as Business Head

Shalin Patel has returned to Sony Entertainment Television Asia UK operations, taking up the position left vacant after Tony Lit’s departure.

Patel, left Sony in April this year to join the BBC. He returned to Sony today to take on the role as Business Head at the company. He will report directly to Neeraj Arora, Executive Vice President Head of International Business.

Prior to his departure, Patel headed Marketing and Distribution at Sony. He had been with the organisation since 2005.

Lit left Sony in September 2014 to re-join Sunrise Radio.
