Shahid Kapoor yet to sign ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’

Ramesh Taurani had very confidently told reporters a few days back that Shahid Kapoor had been signed for Rajkumar Santoshi’s next, ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’. However, Kapoor himself has now spoken out and denied that he has signed the project.

As per Business of Cinema, the actor very frankly stated, “Me and Raj (Rajkumar Santoshi) have met, but I haven�۪t signed the film as of now”. He went on to divulge about the projects he has at hand, following the overhyped ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ (2012) which he was last seen in, “There are three films which I have signed. One is with Maneesh Sharma which I start in August and finish by November. There�۪s a film with Prabhu Deva, which will start at some point next year around February because he is doing another film right now. And there is a film with Bejoy Nambiar which will also start next year”.

The actor is currently looking to sign some fresh projects and no doubt he will be giving Santoshi’s film some thought.
