Shahid Kapoor was “nervous” about ‘Rangoon’

Shahid Kapoor was feeling a little anxious on how well his next film ‘Rangoon’ would be received. Much to his surprise when the trailer dropped, there was an overwhelming response.

Reported in the Deccan Chronicle, Kapoor who shared the first trailer on 5th January,  expressed his gratitude on Twitter saying, “Thank you thank you thank you guys. Was rather nervous about this one. The response has been tremendous. Big big love to you all.”

This will be the third time Kapoor and director Vishal Bhardwaj will be teaming up together, previously they worked in ‘Kaminey’ (2009) and ‘Haider’ (2014). ‘Rangoon’ is set to release on 24th February and also stars Kangna Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan.
