Shahid Kapoor to star in action film after ‘Jersey’

Shahid Kapoor took to social media to share some exciting news for his fans. After the much anticipated sports drama ‘Jersey’, he will be switching genres to action.
When a fan on Instagram asked Kapoor if he has any action movies coming up, he revealed “Yes, after ‘Jersey’. The next one is an action film.”, Mumbai Mirror reported. Kapoor has not shared any details about the project, but according to rumours the film is a patriotic action-adventure helmed by Fox Star Studios.
‘Jersey’ is a remake of the Telugu film ‘Jersey’ (2019). The film has been planned to release in theatres on 28th August, but production is currently stalled.
