Shahid Kapoor takes special guest to ‘Padmavati’ shoot

Shahid Kapoor became a father in October and although photos of his daughter haven’t been released, he has spoken about his new role in life. News has it that he took his daughter, Misha, on the sets of ‘Padmavati’ when he gave his first shot.

Filmfare reports that the actor was greeted with much applause as he returned from a three-month paternity break and shot for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. The first scenes were Rani Padmavati’s dance for her husband, Maharaja Rawal Rattan Singh, played by Kapoor.

Kapoor is starring with Deepika Padukone for the first time in the film.
