Shahid Kapoor nixes vacation plans with wife Mira for ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’?

Shahid Kapoor is one busy actor. He and Shraddha Kapoor are starring in their second film together ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, after which Shahid will go directly into prepping for his next ‘Arjun Reddy’. The schedule of ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ was supposed to end before Shahid’s family vacation in June, but it has been extended. In turn, Shahid has nixed his plans with wife Mira to prevent his shooting schedules from interfering with each other.

As according to Filmfare, a source said, “Shahid had decided to spend quality time with Mira and Misha in June before he begins training for Arjun Reddy. But now that the Batti Gul schedule is likely to run into June, he has called off the trip. He wants to ensure that his commitment to this film doesn’t spill over to that of Arjun Reddy, the shoot of which is lined up for July.”

Shahid was last seen in a special appearance in ‘Welcome to New York’ (2018).
