Shahid Kapoor to miss ‘Padmaavat’ success party?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmaavat’ has broken a number of box office records and while Shahid Kapoor has been an integral part of the film, he may not be attending the film’s success party this week.

According to Mid-Day, the party will take place on a luxury liner on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday on Saturday 24th February. However, Kapoor will not be around as he too will be celebrating his birthday on 25th February at a religious event in Beas.

A source told the publication, “It was planned weeks in advance that Shahid would celebrate his birthday (February 25) by attending a satsang in Beas, with his family. But when he was invited for the Padmaavat party earlier this week, everyone assumed he would attend the bash and head out to Beas the next morning.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will certainly be there to celebrate the success of ‘Padmaavat’.
