Shahid Kapoor & Madhu Mantena not on talking terms?

Many will remember the ill-feeling that came about between once best friends Shahid Kapoor and Madhu Mantena after the debacle of ‘Shaandaar’ (2015). There were recent rumours that the two had reconciled but it appears they are still not on talking terms.

Spotboye reports a source informing, “They met up several times after their relationship soured in 2015 and tried to resolve their issues. But things weren’t the same. They couldn’t begin from where they had left off.”

It seems the two have now parted ways professionally. Kapoor was managed by Mantena’s talent agency but he decided to walk away due to not being happy with what the agency offered. He felt disheartened at not being able to bag endorsement deals which his contemporaries seem to be good at.

As for their better halves, Masaba Gupta and Mira Kapoor, a source reveals, “Well, they are fine if they meet at social gatherings but neither takes an initiative to inquire about each other’s well being”.
