Shahid Kapoor: “I like Ranveer Singh’s work”

With news that there was bad blood between Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, the former explained recently that nothing of the sort was true. He’s recently also shown admiration for Singh’s work.

In a rapid fire with Filmfare, Kapoor was asked about which actor’s work he admires. He answered, “I like Ranveer Singh’s work. He’s a very very good actor. And I’m proud of my father’s (Pankaj Kapur) work.”

Adding to that, Kapoor was also asked about a misconception that people have about him, to which he replied, “That I’m difficult. I’m difficult with people who’re trying to take it easy.”

Kapoor also expressed a desire to work with Shoojit Sircar, Rajkumar Hirani, Anurag Basu and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
